Assembling a sewing pattern

I spent about an hour measuring, drawing and cutting the pattern on paper to make my very first shift dress!!

I tried to follow the pattern as closely as possible based on my own measurement. It's really not an easy task!

I really hope it will turn out well. Excited. This project will probably take a few days because tomorrow I'm gonna cut this pattern out on my new piece of fabric and then try my hands at DIY-ing a matching bias tape!
